What this is
CryptoSportsPlays is a discipline-first sports analysis publication. Every published pick traces back to a documented chain of evidence: raw data → normalized snapshot → scored analysis → compliance check → human approval → publish.
What this is not
This is not a pick-spamming service. Volume is not the goal. A bad data day produces a no-pick memo, not a bad pick. The system is designed to say no more often than yes.
How picks are evaluated
Every candidate goes through a multi-step pipeline before it reaches this site. Odds are pulled from multiple bookmakers, devigged to estimate fair probabilities, and scored against documented thresholds. A candidate must clear a minimum edge threshold, pass a source reliability check, and survive a compliance review before it qualifies for publication.
Confidence levels
Every pick carries a confidence level — medium or high. Confidence is about input quality, not swagger. Low confidence means no pick. The current system uses consensus market devigging as its fair price estimate, which caps confidence at medium until an independent model is available.
Track record
Every result is logged publicly. No picks are removed retroactively. The track record page reflects every settled pick, win or loss.
